Main Priorities for 2024 – 2025

*These priority areas have recently been worked on. However, recent self-evaluation has highlighted the need for further development.

Priority 1: Maths and Numeracy*

To embed number skills, ensure progression in other areas of maths and improve numeracy skills across the curriculum.

Priority 2: Reading*

To continue to raise standards in reading.

Priority 3: Welsh

To raise standards in Welsh oracy.

Priority 4: Curriculum

To review the current curriculum to ensure breadth, balance and progressive coverage of skills.

Priority 5: Wellbeing

To raise attendance of pupils, particularly FSM.
