Educational Psychology & Teacher Advisor Support Services During the COVID19 Situation
Dear Parent/Carer,
The Educational Psychology Service in Newport know how worrying and difficult this time is for us all, especially in terms of the demands being placed on parents and carers.
In response to current events, and the requirements for remote working, Newport EPS has adapted their model of service delivery to support parents/carers and children/young people in a way that is hoped to be responsive and accessible.
The EPS & Teacher Advisor Support-line

  •  Available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
  • Staffed by Educational Psychologists and Advisors
  •  The Support-line can offer specialist advice, support, guidance, signposting and joint-problem-solving.
  •  We are also able to speak, with your permission, to your child or young person if it is agreed that this would be helpful.
  • Support can be offered in terms of Addition Learning Needs (ALN) or Well-being.
